Flour Restaurant Plans Second Location at Valor Acres

Brecksville’s dining scene continues to evolve, with Flour Restaurant announcing its second location at Valor Acres, expected to open later this year. Founded by chef Paul Minnillo and Matt Mytro, Flour is renowned for its chef-driven Italian fare, handmade pastas, and wood-fired pizzas. Their new Brecksville outpost will add dishes unique to the location as well as a robust wine and cocktail program.

The restaurant’s owners were drawn to Brecksville for its balance of vibrancy and opportunity, and they aim to create the same welcoming community environment as their Moreland Hills flagship. Valor Acres was considered a particularly attractive site due to its integration of residential, business, and entertainment spaces, making it a future anchor for both locals and visitors.

The addition of Flour complements other culinary and retail concepts moving into the development, including Chef Dante Boccuzzi’s upcoming Masu sushi restaurant. As Valor Acres grows, these businesses are poised to enhance Brecksville’s reputation as a destination for food, hospitality, and innovative business.
