Mayor Kingston to address the Community on February 26 & 27

Mayor Daryl J. Kingston of Brecksville is set to engage with residents through two events in late February 2025.

Conversation with the Mayor

On Wednesday, February 26, at 2:00 pm, Mayor Kingston will host a “Conversation with the Mayor” session at the Brecksville Human Services Center Gathering Room. This informal gathering allows residents to engage directly with the Mayor, ask questions, and discuss community matters. It’s an excellent chance for citizens to voice their concerns, share feedback, and gain insights into upcoming projects and initiatives within the city.

State of the City Address

The following evening, Thursday, February 27, the Mayor will deliver the annual State of the City Address at the same venue. Doors will open at 6:00 pm, with the presentation commencing at 6:30 pm. During this address, Mayor Kingston will highlight the city’s achievements over the past year, outline future plans, and discuss ongoing projects aimed at enhancing the community’s well-being. Additionally, the event will honor the Business of the Year and Citizen of the Year, recognizing their outstanding contributions to Brecksville.

These events underscore the administration’s commitment to transparency and community engagement. Residents are encouraged to attend both sessions to stay informed and participate actively in the city’s development.
